A couple of steps away from the ramparts and the harbour, Michelangelo serves a refined cuisine inspired by Italy and the Mediterranean. I had diner in the veranda which has a contemporary decor. My “Scallopina alla Milanese”(veal) was tender and tasty while the spaguettis were cooked and seasoned to perfection. For dessert, I choose the special which was a delectable plum cake. Service was attentive and efficient. The place is renowned for being a celebrities’ favourite. This is probably why prices are a bit high, but it is definitely worth trying it.

A quelques pas des remparts et du port, Michelangelo propose une cuisine raffinée inspirée par l'Italie et la Méditerranée. J'y ai dîné dans la veranda au décor contemporain. L'escalope milanaise était tendre et savoureuse tandis que les spaghettis étaient cuits et assaisonnés à la perfection. Le dessert du jour était un délicieux gâteau aux quetsches. Le personnel est attentif et efficace. L'endroit est fréquenté par les célébrités, ce qui explique sûrement les prix un peu élevés. C'est néanmoins une expérience gastronomique qu'il ne faut pas manquer.
