We provide furnished short-term accommodation on a per night basis.

The daily rate varies according to the property and the season and includes all taxes. There is no additional fee.

A refundable damage deposit is payable a week before your arrival (see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for more information on the security deposit).

Payment policy

50% of the total amount of the booking is payable upon reservation. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before arrival.

We use Paypal as a secure way of handling payments. Customers do not need to have a Paypal account. All major credit/debit cards are accepted by Paypal (see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for more information on how to pay).

Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled 15 days prior to arrival, there will be a 95% refund.

If a booking is cancelled between 15 days and 3 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% refund.

If a booking is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund.
