Le Zinc: An Amazing Restaurant in Antibes
“Cuisine de terroir”: that’s exactly what Le Zinc does so well. It means cuisine from our regions. In May, I had the Pyrenean lamb with baked beans and tomatoes and last Friday I tried the mature rib-eye steak from the Basque country. I was wowed by both. The deserts are also scrumptious. As Philippe, the owner, explained to us, the no-bake lemon cheesecake is carefully prepared to give it a light and frothy texture. The atmosphere is most pleasant with very friendly staff and a lovely terrace next to the Marché Provençal.
