Keys

Instructions for your arrival at our property in Biarritz: 

When you arrive at the front door, reach the wall on the left side of the house. You will see a lock box. Your personal code has been sent to you via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Move your hand close to the keypad then dial your code and press the lock key. You can now open the lock box (video enclosed). Please take the key (labelled 2) and close the key box. You can now open the front door. Note that you may have to pull the door towards you while turning the key. Then go up to the second floor and open the door of your Suite.

For everyone’s safety, please shut the front door when entering or leaving the house.

On your last day, we kindly request that you leave your room by 11:00 Please put the keys on the desk of your bedroom and simply shut the door after you. Please remove your food from the fridge.

Tea & Coffee

The sitting-room in your Suite is equipped with a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

​

Ground Floor

If you go to the back garden, please shut the French windows on your way back.

Please do not use the kitchen for cooking. You may  use the fridge and the microwave if you wish. The washing-machine is for staff use only.

Remember to switch the staircase light off .

Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.

For your security, a surveillance camera is operating in the common areas of the ground floor.

Surfboard / Wet suit

Please do not bring your surfboard or wetsuit up to your bedroom. You can leave them in the passage in the garden along the right side of the house (right when entering the back garden from the inside of the house).

 

Netflix / Molotov TV

In the bedroom:

You can access Netflix on the TV in your bedroom. Use the FireTV remote control to switch the TV on.

It can take up to 5 minutes to load the Roku menu and Netflix.

For Netflix, please use the Stay in France Guest user.

In the sitting-room:

You can access Netflix and/or Molotov TV (for French channels) on the TV in the sitting room on your floor. Use the Amazon fire TV remote after turning the TV screen on with the Sony remote control.

Parking

You can find free parking spaces up avenue de Verdun and on the side streets. Alternatively, you can go to Parking Verdun Médiathèque at 5, rue Beauséjour, a 1min walk to our house.

The premises are strictly non-smoking, including outdoor areas.
